Where do I meet my driver at the airport?

Your driver waits in the arrivals hall, just past customs, holding a sign with your name on it. You receive his photo, phone number and plate the day before your flight.

What happens if my flight is delayed?

We track every flight in real time and adjust the pickup automatically. Sixty minutes of waiting after landing are included free of charge, and there is no penalty for a delay outside your control.

Can I cancel my booking?

Yes. Cancellation is free up to 24 hours before the transfer. Because nothing is charged at booking, there is nothing to refund — just tell us and the booking is closed.

How and when do I pay?

You pay the driver directly at the end of the journey, in cash only (EUR, GBP or TND). No deposit and no prepayment are required.

Do you provide child seats?

Infant seats, child seats and booster cushions are available free of charge. Select the ages during booking so the right seat is fitted before pickup.
